Uniqruit is now recruiting a CFO to one of Sweden’s most rapid growing fashion brands. EYTYS launched their first collection 2016 and has already cemented a strong global presence. I order to accelerate growth into the global arena in a responsible and resourceful way we are now looking for a highly driven and commercially oriented CFO.

You will steer and execute on the financial agenda in close collaboration with CEO and the management group. Your responsibility will cover finance, business development and operational processes such as logistics and supply chain. To succeed, we need you to be highly operational and hands-on. You will report to CEO and be part of the management group. The position is based at EYTYS HQ in central Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility over the financial agenda with focus on protecting margins, accelerating growth, and reaching group profitability targets
• Drive and improve budget- and forecasting process, liquidity planning and cash flow management
• Personnel responsibility over 4 colleagues and secure resources for team to deliver
• Constantly improve and report KPI’s internally and educate the organization
• Responsible for year-end closing and financial reporting
• Work closely with CEO and management team on topics such as financing, business development, product strategy and talent acquisition
• Partake in board meetings and management group meetings
• Constantly work close to the business to identify and improve time /cost consuming processes
  

Desired profile:

• Academic degree and +5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience as CFO/Finance Manager from a high growth company
• Solid knowledge and experience from retail, e-commerce and/or fashion industry
• Great financial and analytical capability with proven record of commercial contribution
• Good understanding of accounting and year-end closing process
• Strong and responsible leadership with the ability to engage and inspire
• Capacity of prioritize and execute on parallel tasks in an efficient way
• Great communication and presentation skills, fluent in Swedish and English
