Uniqruit is now recruiting a Group Business Control to join Foxway Group. This role is crucial in shaping the company’s strategic direction by enhancing financial analysis, planning, and fostering a business-oriented culture. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Control, the position is based in Solna, Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage business control processes for Group functions, including cost control and supporting Monthly Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Area CFOs and Group function heads to develop strategies for growth.
• Analyze data to draw conclusions and propose actions beyond just presenting "numbers."
• Contribute to new ways of working in management reporting, planning, and business intelligence.
• Support monthly closing processes, including group-level analysis and reporting to the Board.
• Lead the financial planning process for group functions, focusing on cost management, and support the development of activity plans.
• Collaborate with Group IT to establish KPIs, provide data insights, track costs, and support business case development, contributing to IT transformation and improved financial transparency.

Candidate Profile:

• MSc or BSc with at least three years of experience in FP&A or business controlling, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and think creatively.
• Experience in cross-functional environments with a strong sense of accountability.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Skilled in systems like Aaro, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
