Uniqruit is now recruiting a Business Controller to join Foxway Group. This role is crucial in shaping the company’s strategic direction. As a Business Controller, you will be a key business partner, driving financial performance, enabling strategic decision-making, and supporting the transformation towards a more business-oriented finance function. The position reports directly to the CFO of Foxway CWS.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and enhance sales KPIs, including pipeline management, win rates, and deal sizes, while implementing forecasting models to predict performance and identify risks.
• Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, such as production capacity, SLA performance, and backlog development, to drive short-term revenue and operational improvements.
• Develop and implement new ways of working in management reporting, planning processes, and business intelligence tools while driving the evolution of the BI solution for CWS.
• Analyze and interpret commercial and operational data, providing stakeholders with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for business development and decision-making.
• Oversees the financial performance of the DaaS offering, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaborates with sales to optimize terms, drive end-of-lease business, and implement a new KPI structure.
• Prepare and facilitate business review meetings across sales, operations, and finance, while coaching team members on performance management and supporting FP&A processes, including planning and forecasting.

Candidate Profile

• MSc or BSc with at least eight years of experience in FP&A or business controlling, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle large data sets and think creatively.
• Ability to convert research and analysis into operational insights and tactical recommendations for stakeholders.
• Strong communicator with the ability to create compelling and persuasive presentation materials and deliver them effectively.
• Skilled in systems like Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
