Chief Operations Officer Bruce Studios
Bruce Studios is on a mission to redefine how people train, recover, and feel good – every day. www.brucestudios.com
With thousands of members and 1,000 partner studios across the Nordics, they offer the most flexible way to stay active and well.
Movement should be a natural and joyful part of everyday life — not just a routine, but a source of energy, balance, and connection. As people seek more personalized, flexible, and holistic ways to stay well, Bruce Studios is uniquely positioned to meet that need.
The massive growth is driven by data, design, and deep user insight — but at the core, Bruce Studios is a community company. They are expanding fast across regions, product areas, and digital touchpoints, and they are building a platform that makes health and wellbeing more accessible, more social, and more sustainable.
Bruce Studios is now looking for a sharp, hands-on and forward-thinking Chief Operating Officer to lead the operations into its next chapter.
As COO, you’ll lead and scale Bruce Studios’ internal engine – across support, people, legal governance, and daily operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence today, while laying the foundation for long-term growth, automation, and international expansion.
Operations team currently consists of 10 people working with member and partner support across the Nordics — including part-time and hourly staff. You’ll lead this team and the office environment they operate in, ensuring structure, clarity, and daily energy.
- Delivers results – but always builds with the future in mind
- Brings clarity and accountability – and leads with heart
- Builds scalable systems – and a high-performance culture
- Loves solving complex challenges with structure, data, and people
You’ll play a key role in ensuring that Bruce Studios continues to scale in a smart, focused, and human way – while embedding data, design and technology into every step.

- Coach and empower managers to lead with focus, clarity and accountability
- Support geographic expansion - building the internal foundation for launching new markets
- Be a key contributor to company strategy, leadership, and long-term planning
