Uniqruit is now seeking a Consolidation & Statutory Reporting Manager to join a newly established company, backed by one of the most prominent Nordic private equity firms. The goal is to establish a leading industry player in the Nordic region.

As the Consolidation & Statutory Reporting Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving this objective. You will lead the Consolidation and Financial Reporting process, including setting up structures, defining key focus areas, and driving change in this fast-growing and thriving environment.

You will report to the Group CFO, and the role is based in central Stockholm.

Main responsibilities:

• Together with the Finance team, drive the group reporting and consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.

• Responsible for Group Tax, engage with group auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with local requirements.

• Responsible for the ESG reporting, making sure that the company is compliant and fulfils future reporting requirements.

• Engage with the Group Business Control function on detailed and transparent financial performance analysis.

• Plan post-acquisition workstreams for future acquired companies to bring them in the financial operating framework of the group. Execute the integration plan.

Desired profile:

• University degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably from auditing and accounting/financial control.

• Solid finance experience in accounting and consolidation both from strategic level and hands-on execution.

• Solid knowledge of IFRS, tax (direct and indirect), and internal control.

• Proven track record when it comes to end-to-end execution and follow-through of processes and projects.

• Able to thrive in a fast-changing environment, handle organizational and company changes (acquisitions).

• You lead by example with a coaching and supportive attitude.

• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.
